Application Process

YES, pets are negotiable. We typically allow 2 pets max. There is a one time $250 non-refundable fee and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. 

YES, some, but not all of our properties qualify. We try our best to detail this on our active listings. If you don't see it, please just reach out and ask.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept single applicants with eviction history. However, if you have a co-applicant or co-signer with acceptable history and income, that may be considered. 

NO, we require deposits to be paid in full, along with first months rent.

Yes, if you move in after the 1st of the month we pro-rate. On move in, you will pay the the full months rent, and the following month you will pay the pro-rated amount.
